About Kody

Kody is seeking a HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. As we expand our European footprint, this role will be pivotal in driving our growth across the UK & EU. We are looking for a professional, adaptable, and hands-on HR practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building teams from the ground up.

Role Overview

This role is a dynamic blend of Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Operations. You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle—from screening top candidates, and managing reference checks to driving seamless onboarding, everyday HR routines, and conducting thoughtful off-boarding talks.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full interview process end-to-end, ensuring a smooth, responsive, and positive candidate experience.
    • Lead the onboarding and orientation process for new joiners across the UK and EU to ensure seamless integration.
    • Handle daily HR administration, including employee record maintenance and basic payroll/benefits coordination.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave, and workplace support.
    • Ensure local HR compliance with UK employment laws and basic European labor regulations.
    • Manage the end-to-end offboarding process, including exit documentation and asset recovery coordination.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations roles (preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment).
  • Hands-on experience conducting candidate screening interviews and managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines.
  • Familiarity with UK employment laws and Right to Work (RTW) processes (knowledge of EU labor standards is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

  • Work with a dynamic and innovative team in a rapidly growing company globally
  • Competitive compensation
  • Collaborative, inclusive environment where your contributions are recognised and valued.
