What will you do?
As a Recruitment Intern, you will support our team throughout the entire recruitment process. You will have the opportunity to:

• Write and publish job vacancies on various platforms;
• Screen CVs and conduct (phone) interviews with candidates;
• Actively search for talent on different platforms;
• Contribute ideas for creative recruitment campaigns;
• Assist with onboarding new colleagues;
• Participate in career fairs;
• Perform administrative tasks in our HR system (Workday);
• Join job interviews and maintain contact with candidates.

What are we looking for?

• You are pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in HRM, Commerce, Communication, or a similar field;
• You have strong communication skills, are proactive, and detail-oriented;
• You have good command of Dutch & English;
• You are passionate about recruitment and connecting people;
• Available for at least 4 months (24–36 hours per week).
