Job Summary

The HR Technology Analyst at Insulet serves as a key member of the Global HR Technology team, responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting Workday and associated HR systems. Operating as the primary point of contact for frontline technical support, this role ensures system reliability, data integrity, and operational stability. Core duties include resolving support tickets via ServiceNow, managing configuration updates—specifically within Time Tracking and Absence modules—executing mass data updates, and conducting thorough unit and user acceptance testing (UAT).



The HR Technology Analyst is a member of Insulet’s Global HR Technology team, providing maintenance, configuration, and day-to-day administrative support for Workday and related HR systems. 

We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our HR Technology team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for frontline system support, ensuring the operational stability of our HR technology suite. You will be responsible for resolving technical tickets, maintaining data integrity across platforms, driving strategic HCM initiatives, and supporting the seamless integration of our HRIS systems. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Execute configuration updates, minor enhancements, accrual policy related configuration changes, and time entry adjustments within Workday and other systems. 

  • Manage, log, and resolve incoming incidents and configuration requests using the ServiceNow ticketing system. 

  • Support HR technology projects across all platforms and modules as needed. 

  • Test configuration options to ensure alignment with compliance, business requirements, and global standards. 

  • Execute mass updates for holiday calendars, schedule changes, and local time tracking compliance. 

  • Support the day-to-day operational health of time tracking and absence modules to ensure system reliability. 

  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve errors, and maintain data integrity across Workday and connected systems. 

  • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system modifications. 

  • Build and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and alerts to track attendance and absence metrics. 

  • Maintain accurate documentation, job aids, test scripts, and configuration design records. 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Experience configuring Workday. 

  • Experience supporting Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and/or Payroll modules. 

  •  Experience working with Workday business processes, EIBs, configuration changes, and data validation. 

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Ticketing system

  • Attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to balance routine operational tasks with project work.
