About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting hiring across different functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions with candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support HR team in campus hiring drives and recruitment events.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment status reports.
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR and Recruitment as a career path.
- Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to recruitment processes and tools.
(Good to Have):
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic HR concepts, recruitment life cycle, and sourcing techniques.
- Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong networking skills and a proactive attitude.
