This role will be 3-4 days onsite in Woburn, MA

The HRBP landscape requires the ability to adapt to its evolving nature in real-time organizational contexts. A strong HRBP can connect the theoretical aspects of the role with practical strategies. Stepping into a strategic HRBP role involves more than understanding and application. It's about being visionary, foreseeing future organizational and market trends, and proactively formulating HR strategies that will cater to forthcoming challenges and opportunities.

Scope: A HRBP serves as a key strategic partner to leaders within their assigned client groups, providing HR support that aligns with business needs. HRBPs oversee multiple client groups, typically smaller in size and/or less complex in nature.

What You'll Do:
