We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Administrator to join the team on a project in regional NSW.

This is a site-based role supporting the HSE team with the administration, coordination and reporting requirements associated with a large-scale construction project.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy site environment, supporting HSE processes and ensuring documentation, records and compliance requirements are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HSE team and site management.
  • Maintain and update HSE documentation, registers, records and databases.
  • Assist with the preparation of HSE reports, statistics, presentations and site documentation.
  • Coordinate HSE inspections, audits, meetings and toolbox talks.

About You The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an HSE Administrator, HSE Coordinator, Site Administrator or similar role.
  • Experience working within construction, infrastructure, mining, energy or other high-risk industries.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Good understanding of HSE processes and documentation.
