About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Business Partner for our landside operations across Germany, encompassing warehouses and depots activities. As the primary point of contact for all HSE matters across your scope you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations are prepared, protected, and compliant. You’ll collaborate with site leaders, local operations communities, and customers to drive HSE standardization, execute risk mitigation strategies, and embed a culture of resilience.

Travel within Germany is required, as needed, to support operations and initiatives.

This role will be based in Philippsburg and is open for local employment only.

This position will require 40-50% travel across Germany.

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable navigating change, ambiguity and driving behavioural and cultural shifts in HSE performance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to operational sites across Germany.
