Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned HSE Lead to drive health, safety, and environmental compliance across aviation infrastructure projects. The role involves establishing robust safety frameworks and ensuring adherence to international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• HSE strategy: Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans.
• Compliance monitoring: Ensure adherence to local and international safety regulations.
• Training & awareness: Conduct safety inductions and ongoing training for project teams.
• Incident management: Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of HSE leadership experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Aviation sector exposure is a strong advantage.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
