What you'll do
- Lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across PowerGen installation, commissioning and delivery projects, using data, risk insights and continuous improvement methods to reduce risk and improve project HSE performance.
- Partner with project managers, site teams, engineering functions and key stakeholders to ensure HSE requirements are embedded throughout PowerGen project execution.

- Use HSE performance metrics, audit findings, incident investigations and legal compliance results to identify gaps, prioritize improvements and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Influence a positive HSE culture by coaching teams, supporting formal training, encouraging employee participation and promoting practical solutions that protect people and the environment.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
