What you'll do

  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing counsel on organizational effectiveness, talent risks, leadership capability, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a key strategic partner supporting Corporate Functions and the Bridgewater, NJ site. This highly visible role partners closely with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and drive talent outcomes. This position provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with leaders on organizational strategy, talent planning, change management, and employee engagement initiatives that support Repligen's continued growth and success.

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.

The estimated salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $140,000-$180,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package. We offer a wide range of benefits such as paid time off, health/dental/vision, retirement benefits and flexible spending accounts. All compensation and benefits information will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
