  • Support the execution of the business strategy by partnering with leaders to identify and prioritize organizational issues, strengthen organizational capabilities, and implement structures and processes that support the achievement of strategic objectives through an equitable approach.
  • Serve as a strategic point of contact for clients regarding key HR processes, identify business needs that impact HR strategies and policies, and provide direct support in the development and implementation of solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Coach and guide managers in key areas such as talent reviews, performance management, recruitment, application of HR policies, compensation, employee development, employment equity, mobility, and change management.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employment legislation as well as the application of disciplinary and administrative measures.
  • Partner with the recruitment team and managers to ensure alignment on talent acquisition strategies and collaborate closely with other shared services groups, including HR Analysts, Organizational Development, and Mobility.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement long-term solutions.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement, strengthening organizational culture, and retaining top talent.

Job Description

Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources Operations, Canada, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for providing advisory services to a dedicated client group of managers and employees. This group includes professional and technical employees from various business units.

The HRBP will act as a strategic business partner by integrating the corporate HR strategy and providing HR guidance to internal client groups while delivering added value to the organization. The HRBP is responsible for advising, supporting, coaching, and guiding managers in a context of continuous improvement and change management.

Your Role

About You
