  • Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and firm policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, firm events, and recognition activities.

The Woodbury, Long Island office of Kaufman Dolowich is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator with 2-5 years of HR experience to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working with employees, managing HR processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience.

 

Position Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support across a variety of human resources functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, employee records management, payroll support, compliance, employee communications, and HR reporting. This role works closely with employees, managers, and firm leadership to ensure a seamless and professional HR experience.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law fundamentals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Target Base Compensation Range: $60,000 – $80,000
