Nature and Scope
Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, this fully onsite position coordinates the HR office and provides front-line administrative support for onboarding, leave administration, employee and non-employee records, licensure and certification tracking, Employee Health documentation, required postings, and routine HR communications. The Coordinator maintains organized and compliant records, communicates with new hires and agencies, and supports efficient service through the shared HR email and ticket workflow.

We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971.
Compensation
Compensation for Benefited, Full-Time Pay Scale
- Base Rate: $25.97–$33.15 per hour ($54,017.60 - $68,941.67 annually)
- Starting pay is determined using our non-clinical pay scales, which feature 6 steps recognizing up to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Eligible employees may also receive shift differential and holiday pay
Job Status / Shift Information
- Full-time, benefited
- Work shcedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
- Previous administrative, clerical, Human Resources, or healthcare-office experience.
