The Role – Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations support, benefits administration, HRIS and employee record maintenance, compliance coordination, training support, employee communications, and general HR department operations. This role serves as a first point of contact for routine HR questions, maintains accurate and confidential employee information, supports a positive employee experience, and helps ensure HR processes align with company policies, employment requirements, safety expectations, and Suburban Enterprises’ culture and values.
