LEAD PEOPLE STRATEGY THAT SUPPORTS OUR MISSION. The Human Resources Director provides leadership and direction for all human resources functions across the organization, ensuring policies, programs, and practices align
with agency goals and support both employees and the communities we serve. This role helps create a strong, compliant, and people-focused workplace where staff can thrive and contribute to meaningful outcomes.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Lead HR Operations: Oversee HR functions, including policies, systems, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Manage & Develop Staff: Supervise and support HR team members through recruitment, onboarding, performance
management, and ongoing development.
