  • Work collaboratively with Human Resources team members on departmental initiatives and organizational projects
  • Expected to maintain a regular and predictable work schedule and full attention to and engagement in work activities on behalf of the firm during business hours unless otherwise approved or required by applicable law.
  • Special projects and duties as assigned.

This position is based in the Firm's global operations center in Tampa, FL.

General Description:
The Human Resources Intern provides administrative and project support to the Human Resources Operations team while gaining practical experience in a professional HR environment. This position assists with a variety of HR initiatives and daily operational activities, offering exposure to onboarding, employee records management, offboarding, compliance activities, employee engagement programs, and other core human resources functions. The role is designed to support organizational goals while providing meaningful learning and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
