THE ROLE

The Position: The Human Resources Manager provides HR direction and support related to employee relations, talent management, employee engagement and organizational development. This position develops and implements HR policies and programs to support the organization’s business and improvement goals and objectives. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and driving HR projects to completion by working with functional leaders across the organization, specifically partnering with Finance and our strategic businesses.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct hiring processes including job analysis, compensation benchmarking, sourcing and screening applicants, maintaining third party recruiter contracts, and completing onboarding.
  • Administer medical and leave benefits programs, coordinate open enrollment meetings and new hire benefits orientation, and guide employees through leave processes and tracking.
  • Advise line and department staff on employment decisions including individual coaching and group training, progressive discipline, employee performance, restructuring, and/or termination.
  • Manage the workload, development, and performance of direct reports.
  • Monitor and audit systems and processes to ensure legislative compliance and business standardization.
  • Provide kind and efficient customer service to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS) 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.

SALARY RANGE

 

The expected salary range for this role is $73,783 - $150,209 per year.
