What You'll Do
- Assist Lead HVAC Technicians with residential service, maintenance, and equipment installations.
- Learn how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling systems.
- Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment.
- Safely use tools, equipment, and materials while following company safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Sullivan Super Service professionally in customers' homes.
- Continue developing your technical knowledge through hands-on training and mentorship.
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn the HVAC trade.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Dependable, punctual, and coachable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Certification is a plus but not required.
