T-Mark is looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice who wants to learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in the HVAC trade. Whether you have some experience or are just getting started, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn. 

What You'll Do

  • Assist experienced HVAC Service Technicians on residential service calls.
  • Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment.
  • Safely use hand and power tools while following company safety procedures.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes.
  • Complete work orders using company software.
  • Participate in ongoing hands-on technical training.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • EPA Certification 
  • A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
  • Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and coachable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
