Pay Range: $24 – $38 per hour depending on years of experience and interview

 

Sign on Bonus: Up to $5000 based on experience

We are hiring both HVAC Service Technicians and HVAC Installation Technicians to service, repair, or install residential heating and air conditioning systems. This role supports homeowners by providing reliable HVAC repair, maintenance, and system diagnostics.

Responsibilities

We're hiring both HVAC Service Technicians and HVAC Installation Technicians:

 

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units

• Perform HVAC repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance

• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate heating and air conditioning solutions

• Ensure all HVAC service work meets company standards and local code requirements

• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and recommended repairs

As a Residential HVAC Lead Installer, you will:

• Replace aging or malfunctioning HVAC equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, and central air conditioning systems
• Complete full residential HVAC system installations in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and local codes
• Take the lead on HVAC installation projects while guiding and supporting an assigned helper or junior installer
• Perform system startups, verify proper operation, and diagnose any issues to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and inspection requirements

Qualifications

What You Need

• 1-6 years of residential HVAC experience

• EPA certification

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment
