Carter's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, delivering exceptional customer service, and taking pride in quality work. If you have residential service experience and know ServiceTitan, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and air handlers
• Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Complete service tickets and documentation in ServiceTitan
• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

What You Bring

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• ServiceTitan experience is required
• EPA Certification
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing furnaces, A/C systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, and air handlers
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain repair options to homeowners
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented
