HVAC Subcontractor, Plumber Subcontractor, Electrician Subcontractor, All-around Handyman

Job Description

A general contractor is looking for candidates based in NYC and surrounding areas for the following positions:

1. HVAC subcontractor (own insurance, workers comp, and own license)
2. Plumber subcontractor (own insurance, workers comp, and own license)
3. Electrician subcontractor (own insurance, workers comp, and own license)
4. All around Handyman. This person should be perfectionist, doesn’t mind working a lot of hours. The required candidate must be all-purpose and will serve the manager’s right hand. The candidate will also check up on subcontractors, and may hire others. Must have management experience and very resourceful. Should have good connections in the business to call on when in need. Must be neat, professional, and trustworthy.

Qualifications

Here’s what you need to know:

• Must have own tools and transportation (to complete job)
• Must be able to work in US and pass background check
• If you don’t have license you will be part time and listed as (handyman) under my license
• Must have paid experience (Industrial and Commercial experience is a plus)
• Having your own License & insurance is also a plus.

The client is a management and service company and is based in NYC. The company repairs, services, installs, remodels and upgrades.
