Hybrid Manager

Position Summary:

The Hybrid Manager is responsible for a team of Hybrid Sales Representatives (HSR) achieving goals, delivering results, expense management, and maximizing results, and client satisfaction. Additionally, this role is also responsible for assisting and working collaboratively with the program leadership that may include Sales Managers and the Program Director when needed to execute program-specific activities and responsibilities. Eastern and Central time zones preferred.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create a team-oriented, productive, and positive work environment by developing and mentoring team members through individual and team meetings
  • Monitor employee compliance with all company policies and procedures and engage/work with Amplity Compliance to resolve issues and follow up with disciplinary action when needed
  • Manage conflict and employee relations on the team, engaging Amplity Human Resources when appropriate
  • Provide administrative oversight –maintain documentation of team members' attendance, approve time off, schedules, expense reports, etc.

Education and Experience:

Required:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of management experience including ownership of technology, process
  • management, training, quality, etc.
  • 3+ years Inside Sales or Hybrid Sales experience
  • Experience in aesthetics, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals to achieve performance goals and support career growth.
  • Experience managing employee performance, including goal setting, feedback, corrective action, and talent development.
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives and effectively manage change in a dynamic business environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM platforms, and virtual communication technologies.
