What you'll do

  • Define and drive experience vision, strategy, and design principles across products and services.
  • Translate customer insights, market opportunities, and business objectives into actionable experience roadmaps.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary teams including UX Designers, Researchers, Content Designers, and Design Operations specialists.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a UX Manager who can shape how customers experience our digital products while building the team, frameworks, and standards that make great experiences possible at scale. You will lead multidisciplinary design teams, influence product strategy, champion customer-centric thinking, and drive measurable business outcomes through exceptional experience design.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive experience vision, strategy, and design principles across products and services.
