About the role

We are seeking a commercially focused Hydraulic Customer Relationship Manager to join our external sales team, based in Kewdale, WA.

In this field-based role, you will manage and grow relationships with key customers, develop a strong understanding of their hydraulic and fluid power requirements, and identify opportunities to deliver practical, value-adding solutions.

You will be responsible for driving sales, margin growth, customer retention and share of wallet across your territory, while partnering closely with internal sales, operations, service and product teams.

About you

You are a confident relationship builder with a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in hydraulic and fluid power solutions. You are comfortable working independently in the field while maintaining close connections with customers and internal teams.

You will ideally bring:

  • Experience in external sales, account management or business development.
  • Hydraulic, industrial hose, fittings, fluid power or related industrial-product knowledge.
  • Experience building and retaining key customer relationships.
  • The ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including sales and margin performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach.
  • A current Australian driver license and a willingness to travel (Regional travel of approximately 6–8 weeks per year is required, with occasional additional travel based on seasonal and project needs)
