I&C Supervisor

Job Description We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of I&C Supervisor in Kuwait. Our client is a reputed organization in the Water Treatment / Desalination sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited. Key Responsibilities Supervise instrumentation and control maintenance activities for RO and desalination plants. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant instrumentation. Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC, DCS, transmitters, sensors, and control systems. Ensure uninterrupted operation of automation systems. Coordinate annual maintenance shutdown activities. Maintain maintenance records and technical reports. Ensure compliance with plant safety and maintenance procedures. Support plant operations by minimizing equipment downtime. Required Skills Instrumentation Maintenance – Calibration and maintenance of field instruments. PLC & DCS Systems – Troubleshooting and maintenance. RO Plant Maintenance – Annual maintenance expertise. Desalination Systems – Knowledge of plant operations and controls. Preventive Maintenance – Planning and execution. Preferred Skills SCADA knowledge Team supervision experience Root cause analysis Work Experience Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control maintenance, preferably in RO or desalination plants. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience in annual maintenance activities.
