Key Responsibilities Supervise mechanical maintenance activities in a large-scale power plant. Lead maintenance teams during planned and emergency shutdowns. Inspect boilers, turbines, pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed. Coordinate with operations and engineering teams for plant reliability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards. Prepare maintenance reports and documentation. Guide technicians and ensure quality workmanship. Required Skills Mechanical maintenance of power plant equipment. Preventive & corrective maintenance planning. Shutdown and turnaround maintenance. Reading engineering drawings and technical manuals. Team leadership with strong safety practices. Preferred Skills CMMS knowledge. Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Leadership in multicultural work environments. Work Experience Requirements Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a large-scale power plant. Experience supervising maintenance teams and handling critical plant equipment is essential.
