  • Define the roadmap and strategy surrounding the IAM platforms which service the enterprise and consumer facing channels.
  • Execution on the product strategy, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, define MVP and rollout plan
  • Facilitate communication on roadmap progress with management level stakeholders and clients
  • Manage the product backlog, new features, and enhancements for workforce IAM
  • Facilitate forums and prepare the team for constructive collaboration sessions with cross-functional teams, technology and business channels, and control functions
  • Develop business cases based on the roadmap and priority, align with Technology, PMO, and Finance teams on the funding required, cost and benefit analysis, and cost allocation model
  • Report on overall product status, metrics, key achievements, next steps and risks with a data-driven approach
  • Act as a leader and/or mentor to other product managers and business analysts on the team

  • 7+ years’ experience in a Product Management (or equivalent) capacity required
  • 4+ years’ experience in Information Security or Information Technology

Purpose

 

We are seeking a Senior Security Product Manager to join Security’s Identity Access Management Team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, to understand and consolidate organizational security requirement; deliver next generation security products through large-scale transformation; maintain a shared product framework including strategy, roadmap, budgeting, and processes in collaborate with engineering, architecture, operation, and control function teams.  

 

 

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

 

•    Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
•    7+ years’ experience in a Product Management (or equivalent) capacity required
•    4+ years’ experience in Information Security or Information Technology
•    4+ years working with IAM platforms like Sailpoint IIQ, Entra ID and/or CyberArk required
•    Previous exposure to Regulatory, Compliance, Risk and Audit functions
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•    Strong planning and organizational skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
•    Experience in the information security industry and with security software products
•    Excellent understanding on financial principles of large enterprise organization
•    Experience in working with complex processes
•    Willing to learn and grow, and demonstrates resilience to ever-changing priorities
