IBM FileNet Architect

Required Skills & Experience

IBM Expertise

• 10+ years of experience working with IBM FileNet and Enterprise Content Management solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
  • IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine (CPE)
  • IBM Content Navigator (ICN)
  • IBM Case Manager (preferred)
  • IBM Content Collector (preferred)

Technical Skills

• Experience performing FileNet and BAW platform upgrades.
• Strong understanding of FileNet object stores, content stores, workflow engines, and security models.
• Experience with WebSphere Application Server.
• Knowledge of Linux environments, preferably RHEL.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 databases.
• Understanding of LDAP/Active Directory integration.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns and integration technologies.

Architecture & Consulting Skills

• Proven experience leading discovery and assessment engagements.
• Ability to create architecture blueprints and solution design artefacts.
• Strong estimation and planning capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Preferred Experience

• IBM-certified FileNet or BAW Architect.
• Experience upgrading IBM platforms from older versions to current supported releases.
• Experience with RHEL operating system upgrades.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
• Exposure to cloud migration or hybrid deployment architectures.
