- Creating, modifying, and Executing test plans for development, qualification, and acceptance phases of hardware projects.
- Creating, modifying, and executing environmental testing on system and component level hardware.
- Completing requirements verification and validation documentation and reports.
- Performing test data analysis generating test reports from that analysis.
- Debugging software and/or hardware with various tools.
- Working directly with the customer and other support personnel on of the afore mentioned responsibilities.

- Must be able to work full-time in Huntsville, AL.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

- 4+ of experience with test planning and execution.
- Experience with ESS, HALT, HASS, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-810, and/or CE compliance testing
- Working knowledge and operation of electronic test equipment (e.g. oscilloscope, voltmeter, signal analyzer/generator)
- Working knowledge of software languages Python, C, C++, C# and or firmware languages for Xilinx or Altera devices
- Experience with Linux, Matlab, Labview, and WireShark
- Experience preparing and presenting briefings and/or demonstrations to customers and management
- Planning and executing demonstration tests and US Gov't test ranges/facilities

Leidos Defense, Systems Integration and Test Team, is seeking a Test Engineer. We are a diverse team that works to implement unique solutions for complex problems in the defense sector, including but not limited to kinetic and directed energy defensive and offensive platforms as well as RADAR and other surveillance and sensor technologies. Our team works across multiple business sectors, with industry partners, and directly with the customer. Primary Responsibilities

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
