As part of our continued investment in technology, we are looking for an experienced IFS Business Analyst to join our Business Systems team and play a key role in supporting, enhancing and developing our IFS ERP platform.

This is an excellent opportunity to work across the entire business, partnering with stakeholders from Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Sales and Customer Service to deliver continuous improvement and maximise the value of IFS.

The Role

Reporting into the Business Systems Manager, you will act as the link between business users and technical teams, gathering requirements, analysing business processes and delivering functional solutions across the IFS ERP landscape.

You will support ongoing optimisation initiatives, future upgrades and implementation projects while ensuring the platform continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across all departments to gather, document and analyse business requirements.
• Configure and enhance IFS functionality to improve business processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple functional areas.
• Support IFS upgrades, releases and enhancement projects.
• Facilitate workshops and process mapping sessions.
• Produce functional specifications and user documentation.
• Manage testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
• Support incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer.
• Liaise with third-party partners and internal technical teams.
• Ensure best practice is followed throughout the ERP lifecycle.

• Strong functional knowledge of IFS Applications and/or IFS Cloud.
• Experience working as an IFS Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or ERP Analyst.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience producing functional specifications and process documentation.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies.
• Experience supporting ERP projects from requirements through to deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Experience

• IFS Cloud implementation or upgrade experience.
• Experience with Aurena.
• Understanding of IFS Lobbies and Dashboards.
• Business Reporter and reporting tools.
• Power BI.
• SQL knowledge.
• Data migration experience.
• Integration knowledge (APIs, IFS Connect, REST services).
• Manufacturing or FMCG industry experience.
