  • Communicate with clients on case progress and manage client relationships.
  • Help guide clients through the entire immigration process
  • Draft and file Labor Certifications with the Department of Labor
  • Create audit files
  • Submit audit responses to the Department of Labor
  • Draft and file Prevailing Wage Determinations
  • Make any necessary revisions to drafted forms after attorney review
  • Assist in assigned administrative recruitment tasks
  • Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/issues to the manager and/or attorney
  • Manage a high-volume caseload and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure data integrity and may assist in data audit projects
  • Work collaboratively with manager(s), attorney(s), and support staff

Duties/Responsibilities
