What you'll do
- Communicate with clients on case progress and manage client relationships.
- Help guide clients through the entire immigration process
- Draft and file Labor Certifications with the Department of Labor
- Create audit files
- Submit audit responses to the Department of Labor
- Draft and file Prevailing Wage Determinations
- Make any necessary revisions to drafted forms after attorney review
- Assist in assigned administrative recruitment tasks
- Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/issues to the manager and/or attorney
- Manage a high-volume caseload and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure data integrity and may assist in data audit projects
- Work collaboratively with manager(s), attorney(s), and support staff

Duties/Responsibilities
