Implementation Consultant

Act as part of a Country Professional Services team, work productively with other Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and other internal & external interfaces to ensure that the customer succeeds in their objectives. Responsible for the delivery of individual project consulting and technical expertise in Siemens core product portfolio, for projects throughout the project lifecycle (including implementation/installation, configuration, testing, deployment, production support, post production support) in order for the Siemens PLM Software solution to be delivered successfully and provide value to the customer. Under guidance and in line with project processes and messaging, interact with the customer to support the management of customer expectations and support customer adoption.

Works on projects/assignments of basic to moderate scope. Works under self-management on routine assignment/projects and light supervision on new assignment/projects. Actively participates in Country Communities of Practice, leveraging technical and industry best practices and templates to deliver project tasks, providing experiences to support continual improvement.

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience from an accredited university or college, preferably with software engineering background, Advanced Degree may be substituted for shown experience

· Multiple years implementing Teamcenter (at least 3 years) or similar customer solutions

· Minimum of 3 -5 years technical experience as an Implementation Consultant

· Minimum of 7 years’ experience in PLM

· Expertise in Teamcenter UA Products such as Engineering Data Management, BOM Management Workflow, BOM Management, Change Management and more

· Skills in mapping business requirements to PLM/Teamcenter framework

· Teamcenter Implementation for both Client and Server and integration with third party applications such as SAP4Hana, NX and ECAD Tools

· Experience in the technical leadership of large software implementation projects

· Experience using Agile principles in project execution

· Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills, to present sophisticated issues to multi-level audiences and optimally communicate progress, status, and issues to internal and external Customers

· Shown team leadership skills
