What you'll do
- Serve as a bswift technical and subject matter expert in key meetings, including implementation status meetings and other client discussions throughout the implementation process.
- Serve as the Evive by bswift configuration and data expert to guide clients and vendors on claims data requirements for system configuration and how the data interacts with the Evive experience
- Manage client expectations, anticipate issues, and communicate turnaround times with clear and reasonable delivery dates.
- Consult clients on best practices and act as a subject matter expert for system and process changes needed to achieve project goals.
- Research and recommend system enhancements based on client needs and vendor data sets to assist with developing future Evive personalization campaigns alongside Product Managers and Developers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of all services to bswift and standalone Evive clients.
- Stay current on industry trends and recommend enhancements to bswift’s client service approaches and Evive by bswift products as needed.
- Identify project risks and escalate appropriately to the Implementation Lead.

- 3+ years of client relationship and implementation experience (preferably in benefits or healthcare)

We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Implementation Delivery Lead.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Implementation Delivery Lead is responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers with our best-in-class benefits administration software and services. This role provides leadership throughout the implementation process by serving as a technical expert, managing client expectations, and ensuring that all implementation workstreams are executed accurately and on time.

Client & Project Leadership
• Serve as a bswift technical and subject matter expert in key meetings, including implementation status meetings and other client discussions throughout the implementation process.
• Serve as the Evive by bswift configuration and data expert to guide clients and vendors on claims data requirements for system configuration and how the data interacts with the Evive experience
• Manage client expectations, anticipate issues, and communicate turnaround times with clear and reasonable delivery dates.
• Consult clients on best practices and act as a subject matter expert for system and process changes needed to achieve project goals.
• Research and recommend system enhancements based on client needs and vendor data sets to assist with developing future Evive personalization campaigns alongside Product Managers and Developers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of all services to bswift and standalone Evive clients.

Implementation Workstream Ownership
Own multiple areas of an implementation, including but not limited to:
• System configuration, testing, and auditing
• COBRA and Direct Bill setup management
• Communications
• Vendor integrations
• Data conversion
• Payroll
• Coordination with internal COEs and other implementation and ongoing teams
• Evive by bswift configuration and test user attribution
• Evive claims ingestion pipeline
• Secure File Transfer Configuration
• Auth0 configuration for the standalone MyEvive experience
Team Coaching & Client Support
• Coach Implementation Analysts and System Configuration Analysts on their deliverables to support team success.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries related to system or process gaps.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience)
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (required)

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $XX.00-$XX.00, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
