Implementation Project Manager II

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week) 

Reports To: Senior Manager - Customer Delivery

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Travel: 10–25% (1–3 customer visits per month)

The Opportunity

As an Implementation Project Manager II, you will drive enterprise SaaS implementations, guiding custom manufacturers through complex digital transformations. You will act as a consultative partner, aligning customer business operations with platform capabilities while navigating change management.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional engagements across customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and internal engineering teams. By balancing tactical project execution with strategic product expertise, you will ensure seamless software adoption and accelerate long-term customer value.

Qualifications & Experience

Core Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with manufacturing operations, OEMs, supply chain management, or ERP/software integrations.

Salary range: $80,000-$130,000

The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
