Job Description

Are you a dynamic and experienced professional looking to advance your career in global logistics in Montreal? Join our team as an Import/Export Operations Coordinator!

  •  Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end import and export shipments (air and/or ocean freight).
  • Prepare, review, and process all required documentation (AWBs, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, customs filings, etc.).
  • Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
  • Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates and resolving any operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding or a similar import/export operations role.
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade, customs regulations, and logistics processes.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CargoWise ERP is an asset
