We're on the lookout for a passionate and creative In House Marketing Designer to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind crafting engaging content that connects with our audience, boosts brand awareness, and helps us grow. Job Overview:Join our creative team as a Designer and unleash your artistic talent in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging from designing for web, social and digital collateral, designing for print collateral and exhibit material, video editing, and possibly (but not required) photography/videography.

Responsibilities:

• Illustrate concepts through various design mediums
• Collaborate with staff to understand their needs and deliver visually appealing solutions
• Create engaging visual content for websites 
• Execute production design tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Gain familiarity with our brand standards and content library to create designs quickly and aligned with our company culture
• Proactively drive toward a cohesive collection of materials for the company, across multiple products/solutions and channels

Skills:

• Proficiency in a wide variety of design applications for creating stunning designs.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in graphic design tasks
• Experience building design systems for consistent branding rollout
• Strong skills in graphic design and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work with tools like Figma or Miro for collaborative design projects.
• Knowledge of production design principles for efficient project execution.
• Experience in layout design for various marketing materials.
• Ability to implement projects from concept to completion.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and branding strategies
