We hire only the best-certified teachers or those completing their degree in Education and pay much higher wages than the industry average.
Job Summary
For the upcoming summer, we are actively seeking an in-person SAT tutor in the area of North Toronto. This role involves working closely with students to offer individualized support and guidance in their SAT preparation. If you have a passion for making a difference in students' academic lives and specialize in the subjects tested on the SAT, we would love to have you join our team. This is a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact on students’ futures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support specifically tailored to the SAT, leveraging your expertise and knowledge.
- Create supplemental assignments to deepen students' understanding of SAT material.
- Offer both remedial and enrichment support tailored to individual student needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians to report on student progress and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
We are in search of educators who embody the following:
- Energetic and enthusiastic about teaching, with prior experience in education.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service to students and their families.
- A love for working with students and engaging with families.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships.

A qualified candidate will meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Holds registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers or is qualified to teach in a Canadian Province/Territory outside Ontario.
- Is a current teacher candidate, pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
- Has experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited Canadian University or College.
