Join Our Regional Compensation & Benefits Team

Are you passionate about payroll excellence, people analytics, and compensation & benefits? We are looking for an experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits Officer to support our growing regional Compensation & Benefits function across Asia.

In this exciting role, you will take ownership of India payroll operations while contributing to regional payroll governance, compensation programs, workforce analytics, and strategic C&B initiatives. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient, and employee-centric payroll and rewards delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

✔ Lead end-to-end India payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. ✔ Partner with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll issues and drive continuous improvement. ✔ Deliver payroll, workforce, and people analytics that support business decision-making and workforce planning. ✔ Support annual salary reviews, bonus and incentive programs, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking. ✔ Maintain data integrity across HR and payroll systems and contribute to process enhancements. ✔ Participate in regional Compensation & Benefits projects, governance activities, and policy reviews.

What We're Looking For

✅ 8 - 10 years of Compensation & Benefits and/or payroll experience

✅ Bachelor’s/Master degree in HR, Business, payroll or a related field. ✅ Strong hands-on experience managing India payroll operations. ✅ Experience working with external payroll providers and statutory compliance requirements. ✅ Advanced Excel skills and Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors. ✅ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
