As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you play a role in securing efficient and sustainable business growth and collaborating with suppliers to drive cost competitiveness, capacity management, process excellence, and productivity development. You are responsible for strengthening and ensuring efficient IE methodology implementation across the suppliers.

IE Strategy, Cost & Capacity Management

• Overall IE strategy to secure sustainable efficiency, productivity, and cost competitiveness.
• Oversee SMV validation using GSD/Pro-SMV systems with consistency and technical accuracy.
• Drive SMV improvement initiatives across suppliers to strengthen method standardisation and efficiency.
• Secure seasonal capacity offers through rigorous SMV and Efficiency verification.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide accurate and aligned costing inputs.

Productivity, Method & Process Optimization

• Partner with product technologist, and quality teams to optimize SMVs and enhance methods that enable better cost efficiency outcomes.
• Drive manufacturing excellence initiatives across suppliers.

Supplier Collaboration & Capability Strengthening

• Guide and support suppliers in building strong IE culture, methods improvisation, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Digitalization, Governance & Collaboration

• Support Technology teams in developing and refining digital costing and capacity tools and solutions.
• Ensure governance of SMV,LMV Supplier Matrix, Costing and Capacity standards, reporting, documentation, and process compliance.
