Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized and small-group learning support. Monitor student progress and use data to guide instruction. Promote positive classroom behavior and student engagement. Modify lessons, assignments, assessments, and classroom materials. Develop, implement, and maintain Individualized Education Programs. Maintain accurate student records and special education documentation. Provide specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals and student needs. Communicate student progress with families and school team members. Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and multidisciplinary discussions. Collaborate with general education teachers and related service professionals. Requirements Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education, Education, or a related field. Valid Indiana teaching license with the appropriate Special Education credential/endorsement.
