Recruitment for the Post of Head Constable (Motor Mechanic) - 2026

📝 Selection Process
The selection process will consist of several stages. It includes Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), and Verification of original documents (Documentation). It also includes a Written Examination, Practical (Skill) Test, Detailed Medical Examination (DME), and Review Medical Examination (RME).चयन प्रक्रिया में कई चरण शामिल होंगे: शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण (पीईटी), शारीरिक मानक परीक्षण (पीएसटी), मूल दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन, लिखित परीक्षा, व्यावहारिक (कौशल) परीक्षा, विस्तृत चिकित्सा परीक्षा (डीएमई) और समीक्षा चिकित्सा परीक्षा (आरएमई)।
The medical examination will assess the fitness of candidates. ITBP will conduct it as per Uniform Guidelines for Recruitment Medical Examination for GOs and NGOs in CAPFs and AR. These guidelines are issued vide MHA U.O. No. A.VI-1/2014-Rectt (SSB) dated 20.05.2015 and A.VI.1/14-Rectt (SSB) dated 24.08.2015, as amended from time to time.
