- Standardize and document scalable design and process elements across the global AMXL network using lean and process management principles.
- Innovate fulfillment and transportation processes by applying experience in manufacturing, production, and distribution.
- Scale successful pilots into standard solutions across regions and drive adoption of design innovations.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer value, throughput, and cost efficiency.
