  • Quantify savings to the organization based on projects that utilize engineering solutions.
  • Prepare documentation and process maps to support business needs.
  • Establish and/or update work standards through observation and time studies of activities in processing units.
  • Analyze activity observations/timings and calculate standard work times utilizing Workstudy+ software.
  • Develop/maintain systems supported by Engineering Services.
  • Prepare and/or design new reports and programs as needed.
  • Regularly correspond with and answer questions from supervision and management concerning the systems maintained by Engineering Services.
  • Present summer projects in a final presentation to leadership.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.

“This position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.”
