What you'll do
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and removing old coatings.
- Apply paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to products and equipment.
- Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure a professional finish.
- Monitor curing and drying times before products move to inspection.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of painting equipment and work areas.
- Develop your skills through hands-on experience while working within established procedures and processes.
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to ensure production goals and quality expectations are met.

You Have

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
