Our high-performance electric motors and controllers power some of the most exciting aerospace innovations, from electric aircraft to advanced unmanned aerial vehicles. 
 

If you're an enthusiastic engineering student looking for a placement that offers real responsibility, exciting technical challenges and the opportunity to learn from industry experts, we'd love to hear from you. 
 

What you'll do 
 

As a member of our 12-month Electronics Industrial Placement Programme, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on live customer projects from day one. 
 

You'll have the opportunity to: 

  • Contribute to the development of cutting-edge aerospace electronics 

  • Work on real engineering projects that have a direct impact on our products and customers 

  • Gain exposure to multiple areas within our Controller Engineering team 

  • Develop practical, hands-on engineering skills in a fast-moving technology company 

  • Present your work to engineers and business leaders at the end of your placement 

  • Receive mentoring and support throughout the programme 
     

You could be involved in projects across: 

  • Electronic Design 

  • Product Development 

  • Hardware Engineering 

  • Simulation & Analysis 

  • Design Validation & Testing 

  • Robustness & Reliability Engineering 

  • Manufacturing & Assembly Automation 

     

What we're looking for 
 

We're looking for motivated students who: 
 

  • Are studying an Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering degree 

  • Need to complete an industrial placement year as part of their course 

  • Have a genuine passion for engineering and technology 

  • Enjoy solving problems and taking a hands-on approach 

  • Are curious, collaborative and eager to learn
