With more than 600 fragrances across niche and prestige brands, curated selections and a flexible 8ml format, we make fragrance discovery easy, playful and personal.

We are at an exciting point in our journey: Parfumado is growing internationally, our creator community is expanding and influencer marketing plays a key role in building both our brand awareness and subscriber base. That’s why we’re looking to grow our Influencer Marketing team.

Your role

As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you’ll become a full member of Parfumado’s growing Influencer Marketing team. You’ll help manage a broad range of campaigns - from partnerships with established macro talents to collaborations with emerging micro creators - and contribute directly to growing Parfumado’s growth.

Your natural feel for beauty, social trends and the latest developments within the creator landscape will help you bring fresh ideas and inspiration to the team.

This is a hands-on opportunity to explore every side of influencer marketing, from creator sourcing and campaign coordination to performance analysis and optimisation. It’s perfect for someone who takes initiative, enjoys making things happen and wants to develop quickly within the industry. 

Your impact in this role

• Help bring influencer campaigns to life across the full project journey - from sourcing and creator selection to briefings, approvals, go-live checks and follow-ups.

• Keep campaigns moving by coordinating timelines, deliverables and communication with creators and agencies.

• Manage the backend processes and administrative tasks needed to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

• Collect and input post-campaign performance data, supporting team reporting and campaign learnings.

• Work with the team to optimise campaigns by identifying gaps, suggesting improvements and helping boost performance.

• Turn social trends and campaign results into creative ideas and smarter future collaborations.

Throughout your internship, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility and learn how to build influencer campaigns that deliver both creatively and commercially.

What we’re looking for

• You are in the final phase of your bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

• You preferably already have internship experience or relevant work experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing or project management.

• You are professionally fluent in either Dutch or German and have excellent written and spoken English.

• Knowledge of the Belgian and/or German market and creator landscape is a strong plus.

• You closely follow developments on TikTok and Instagram and are passionate about creators, beauty, fragrance and digital culture.

• You are proactive, results-oriented and have a strong can-do mentality.

• You are organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

• You are comfortable working with Excel and interested in analysing campaign performance.

• You are creative, eager to learn and confident in taking initiative and sharing your ideas.
