This position is only open to students currently enrolled in a co-op program through Northeastern University. The term will run from January to July 2027 and the successful candidates will be expected to work in-office five days a week. 

About the Role

Our Services team consists of ambitious marketing professionals dedicated to supporting and scaling influencer marketing programs for our clients. We bring years of hands-on experience and deep industry expertise to drive our customers’ influencer marketing programs forward. 

As an Influencer Marketing Services Co-op, you will play a pivotal role in our Services team, assisting in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This role is for someone who is looking to gain experience at a scaling business in a highly competitive Influencer Marketing industry! 

What You’ll Do:

  • Help design and execute influencer marketing campaigns

Our approach to compensation:

We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.

Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.

To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted. 

Additionally, all permanent team members are granted stock options and are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.

Salary Range: $21 per hour

Where we work:

We have offices in Boston, MA; Vancouver, BC; and Vancouver, WA. For select positions, we are open to hiring fully remote candidates. We post our positions in the location(s) where we are open to having the successful candidate be located.
