Informatica MDM Developer

• Job Overview

  We are seeking a skilled Informatica MDM Developer with 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Informatica MDM implementations, ensuring data quality, governance, and consistency across enterprise systems.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Informatica MDM solutions.
  • Configure and customize Informatica MDM Hub, Data Director, and related components.
  • Develop and manage match and merge rules, trust frameworks, hierarchies, and business rules.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand master data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform data analysis, profiling, cleansing, and validation activities.
  • Integrate Informatica MDM with various source and target applications using ETL tools and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, data quality, and security standards.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM development.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Informatica MDM Hub
    • Informatica Data Director (IDD)
    • Match & Merge Configuration
    • Data Modeling and Data Governance Concepts
    • Hierarchy Manager
    • Trust and Validation Rules
  • Good understanding of Relational Databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter/IICS is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Web Services, REST APIs, and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains.
  • Exposure to Informatica Cloud (IICS), Data Quality (IDQ), or Data Governance tools.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Informatica MDM certification is an added advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
