Role Description

Function: IT

Reports to: Infrastructure Engineer-Unified Communication Lead

• This is a hands-on technical role.

• Independently own the Compute solutions at Udaan’s corporate setup by

• solving complex issues and suggest design modifications as appropriate.

• Ensure SLAs are met

• Responsible for performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting and

• capacity planning for the computer platforms.

• Perform monitoring and maintenance of overall environment working

• with experienced team members.

• Perform change controls. Update process documentation and team

• portals

• Participate in troubleshooting, capacity planning and analysis,

• performance analysis & Root Cause Analysis.

• Communicate with peers and managers regarding system issues &

• participate in 24x7 on-call.

• Automate operational tasks to make processes simpler and more robust.

• Ability to handle multiple complex tasks in a dynamic environment, with

• tight deadlines concurrently.

• Good understanding about security at OS cloud and network level.

· Experience on MDM/BYOD management and controls

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in design, deploy & manage Large scale Windows and Linux Infrastructure (Expecting to proficient in both).

• Good exposure on Windows server 2008,2012,2016 , Windows 10/11platforms.

• Experience in both On Premise and cloud solutions, especially in running the operations.

• Experience in managing Mac and Linux machines

• Understanding and experience on IP address, subnetting and basic routing protocols

• Solid understanding of Active directory, ADFS, Azure AD etc.

• Excellent knowledge on cloud networking, specifically in Azure.

• Experience and knowledge on PowerShell/ bash script / ansible for system automations

• Sound understanding in networking concepts and experience would enable him to be part of networking activities as well in on premise setup.

• Exposure on Virtualization platforms like KVM,HyperV etc..

• Experience in handling Radius service for Wireless authentication.

• Experience in opensource monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix etc.

• Hands on experience with Protocol Analyzer tools & debugging tools.

• Engage with vendors on identifying the right solution.

• Good communication skills

• BSc, BE in Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent required

• Candidates with Multi-platform skills are preferred.

• Networking, SDWAN  knowledge is an added advantage.
